I have asked this question to a couple of my friends and colleagues who are in this field of designing. Some say the look of the place, eye for detail in designing, maybe finishing off the end product, not exceeding the budget, completing the project on time, etc. While all of the above are important but we can put it all under one umbrella and that’s called Service. If you are able to go far and beyond for what a client requires, you are empathetic to clients needs and are in the give-give mode it doesn’t matter what you charge, Client will always have you onboard for any of his projects. Remember Interior Designing is less of a need and more of beauty and feel-good factor like an expensive leather jacket. As an Interior Designer, your main focus should be giving full attention and exceptional service to the client and half of your battle is won. Rest half is, needless to say, is designing, detailing, finishing and on-time execution. Remember this one thing and you will always ha...
